What the app does
Multi-store dashboard
Revenue, costs, profit and margin per shop or across all shops, by day, month or year, with a trend chart. Euro amounts, Portuguese formatting.
SAF-T (PT) import
The SAF-T file your till already produces is read and turned into daily records. Days already recorded are never duplicated.
Automatic till upload
Optionally, a small program on the shop PC sends the file at the time set in Settings.
Review before it counts
Imported takings arrive as drafts. The owner approves or rejects them before they count towards the books, or lets finished days be approved automatically.
Stock per shop and warehouse
Quantities per location, low-stock flags and logged adjustments. A product catalogue with photos.
Bulk orders
Supplier orders start as drafts; when received, stock is updated and the expense is recorded.
Customers and catalogue enquiries
A customer list and the enquiries that arrive through the online catalogue, with a follow-up status.
Roles and activity log
Owner, admin and staff, each with different permissions. Creates, edits and deletes are logged with who and when.

Is the data mine?
Yes. Your company's data belongs to you. You can ask for a copy or deletion at any time via ola@myshopbackend.com.
What is SAF-T and do I need it?
SAF-T (PT) is the standard file Portuguese invoicing software and tills export for the tax authority. It is the main way to bring sales into the app. If your till does not export it, talk to us: spreadsheets and manual entry are also supported.
How many shops can I have?
There is no fixed limit. You pay EUR 29 for each shop or warehouse you add.
Is there a contract?
No. Cancel anytime. The first month is free and we do not ask for a card to start.
Where is the data stored?
In the European Union: the database is on Neon in Frankfurt and the app is hosted on Vercel. See the Privacy Policy (in Portuguese) for details.
Will it work with my till?
It works with systems that export SAF-T (PT). Reading of the file is verified case by case during setup, so we always supervise the first import.
